Check your application before submitting

Make one final review against the official instructions, not against your memory of them.

Check eligibility and the route

Confirm the intake, programme, level and application system. Check whether you need a nomination, prior contact, admission offer or separate funding application. Resolve any condition that could invalidate submission.

Review every document

Open the exact files in the application. Check that names, dates and qualification titles agree. Ensure transcripts are complete, scans readable and the correct letter attached. Confirm word limits and the requested document language. Do not include an unrequested sensitive attachment.

Check dependencies

Confirm payment if required and check referee requests. Where references have a later deadline, record it separately and follow up in time. If a source has inconsistent closing times, ask the provider and aim to submit well before the earliest plausible time.

Finish and retain evidence

Use the final submission action. Save the receipt, reference number and submitted documents. If the system fails, capture the error without exposing private data publicly and contact the provider immediately. A screenshot of a problem does not itself guarantee acceptance of a late application.

After submitting, monitor requests and keep any scholarship application on its own schedule.
