How asking for help works

  1. Step 1

    Describe your situation

Your level of study or research, where you are now, and the decision you are trying to make.

  2. Step 2

    Send your question

Use whichever published channel suits you. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.

  3. Step 3

    Get information back

You receive guidance, official sources and the next steps you can take yourself.

What this service does

  • Explains how admission, funding and recognition processes work.
  • Helps you find calls and official sources that fit your situation.
  • Helps you plan and structure your own application materials.

What it cannot do

  • It cannot submit an application, admit you, or grant funding or a visa.
  • It cannot guarantee an outcome or speed up an institution's decision.
  • It does not give legal, immigration or medical advice.

Information and application support do not guarantee admission, funding or a residence decision.

Contact channels

No contact channel is published yet

The public address, Telegram links and booking calendar will appear here once the operator has confirmed them. Until then, the guides, resources and FAQ are the fastest way to get an answer, and each resource links to the organisation that can act on your case directly.

Message form

The message form is switched off. It stays off until the operator has confirmed a public contact address and approved the privacy notice, because we will not collect personal details we cannot yet handle responsibly.

See the privacy notice for what will be collected once it opens.
