- Eligibility
- Researchers and academics engaged in teaching and research who are at risk, together with eligible categories of doctoral students and artists. Financial difficulty alone is not sufficient.

- The application is prepared and submitted by the host institution in France, not by the candidate. Identify a possible host university or research centre, agree the placement, and ask the institution to submit the application before the published institutional deadline.
