Scholarships for university graduates coming from European Neighbourhood Policy countries (Bruges campus and Natolin campus)

The College of Europe offers scholarships for university graduates from ENP countries, including Belarus, for postgraduate studies at its Bruges and Natolin campuses during 2026/2027. Scholarships cover academic expenses, accommodation, meals and travel costs. Eligible applicants are automatically considered based on citizenship, with awards allocated on merit following interviews.
