- You possess: HBO working and thinking level; 3-5 years of work experience in HR Services/HR Support function; up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations in the Netherlands; knowledge of and affinity with inflow, throughput and outflow processes; experience with project-based work; you are result-oriented and work accurately, striving for "First Time Right"; you are a strong communicator and connect at all levels within the organization; you show ownership, take initiative and know how to deal effectively with resistance and conflicting interests; you have a command of Dutch verbally and in writing. In addition, you have a command of English at B2 level, or you are willing to follow a training course for this. In our international working environment, communication is increasingly in English. For this position, it concerns level B2. If you do not yet have this level, we will of course help you and you can contact our language center Wageningen in'to Language.
